List of products
You can keep lists of products in your Merchant Profile. This will help you to issue invoices for your customers quickly as you won't have to enter the product's details manually every time.

You can add products by one or several at a time, as a list.
Adding a single product
  1. Go to the Invoicing section, open the Products tab
  2. Click "+"
  3. Specify the product's name and its price in the One product tab. You can also leave a comment about the product (your customers won't see it).
  4. Click Add: the product will be saved, and it will appear in the list.
Adding a list of products
  1. Go to the Invoicing section, open the Products tab
  2. Click "+"
  3. Click Download the template in XLSX in the List tab and save the template file on your computer.
  4. Enter the products to the template file.
    • You can add up to 5,000 products per template (that's 5,000 rows in an Excel spreadsheet).
    • Be sure to specify a price (in numbers) and a name for each product.
    • The spreadsheet shouldn't contain any pictures or unnecessary columns.
    • When you're done, check the file size: it shouldn't be more than 1 MB
  5. Add a final file in the same List tab.
  6. Products from the file will appear in the list in the Products tab

To find a product, start typing its name in the search bar: suitable options will appear.
How to delete or edit a product
Deleting a product
  1. Go to the Invoicing section, open the Products tab
  2. Click Delete next to the product you need to delete.
  3. Confirm deleting: after that the product will disappear from the list.
Editing a product
  1. Go to the Invoicing section, open the Products tab
  2. Click Edit next to the product you need.
  3. Edit the details and click Save to save changes.
How to insert a product from a list into an invoice
  1. Go to the Invoicing section, click Create invoice.
  2. Click on the Name field: a drop-down list with saved products will be opened.
  3. Select the product you need: its details will be pre-filled in the invoice.
  4. Fill in the rest of the details and create an invoice.
Downloading and deleting a list
How to download a list
You can download a list of saved products in Excel format at any time.
To do this, go to the Invoicing section, open the Products tab, click Download (next to the search bar), and wait until the download starts.
One file can contain no more than 5,000 products (rows). If your list has more than that, it will be downloaded as multiple files.
How to delete a list
Click Delete next to the search bar to delete all products in the list.
Then confirm deleting: you won't be able to cancel this action.
