Access recovery
Here you can find out what to do if you forgot your YooMoney Merchant Profile password.
If you have access to your email address and phone number
Open the YooMoney sign-in page, click on I need to recover access and follow the instructions.
At the end, you'll need to create a new password: right after that, you'll be able to sign in to your Merchant Profile.
If you don't have access to your email address
Try recovering access to your email address: it can usually be done using the phone number.
If it doesn't work, apply for a simplified password change.
- Download and fill out the application
- Put director's signature and stamp (if there is one) on it.
- Send us a scanned copy or photo of the application: ecommerce@yoomoney.ru. Enter Access recovery via text message as the subject of the email and add your company's INN (TIN), shopid, or the application number (it'll help us identify your account faster).
We'll review the application and tell you what to do next. You'll be able to sign in to your Merchant Profile as soon as we restore your access.
If you don't have access either to your email address or phone number
In this case, you need to apply for changing your email address.
- Download and fill out the application
- Put director's signature and stamp (if there is one) on it.
- Send us a scanned copy or photo of the application to ecommerce@yoomoney.ru. Enter Merchant Profile access recovery as the subject of the email and add your company's INN (TIN), shopid, or the application number (it'll help us identify your account faster).
We'll review the application and tell you what to do next. You'll be able to sign in to your Merchant Profile as soon as we restore your access.
