How to prepare your website for onboarding
Payment acceptance via YooMoney can be only enabled on the website that fully ready for operation.
We verify whether the website is completed when you draw up the contract with YooMoney. If something needs to be corrected or added to the website, you'll receive a notification in your Merchant Profile.
Launch a website
Before you activate payment acceptance via YooMoney, launch the website and make sure it's working. We won't be able to verify your website if it doesn't open or is under development.
Place content on your website
Real products with prices (or services with fees)
Make sure your website contains exactly those products (or services) that you really intend to sell as well as real prices or fees. If there're any test items (which you or your developers placed to test the website), remove them.
Real descriptions and other information
Make sure the descriptions of products (or services) and all website sections contain relevant information. If it includes any test information, replace it with real one or remove this page or product from the website.
Information about delivery or pickup options
If you sell tangible products, add information about delivery options available in your store.
If you sell digital products, inform your customers about how they can receive the product after they've paid for it.
User agreement or offer
If you have an online service or provide any other services, add a document that contains legal information about the terms and conditions of use.
Contact information and banking details of your company
How someone can reach you (phone number, postal address, and email) as well as the name of your legal entity, INN(TIN), and OGRN.
If you are collecting donations
A general requirement for the websites of charitable organizations and foundations: you should clearly describe on the website which organization collects donations and for what purposes.
Check if your website has:
- organization's details (name of the organization, banking details, registration certificate of the charitable organization or foundation),
- contact information (phone number, postal address, and email),
- information about donations (purposes of a fundraising campaign).
