Payment acceptance for non-residents
If your company is registered outside Russia, you can still accept payments via YooMoney. The rates are the same as for Russian companies

If you enable the "Credit purchases" payment method by Sberbank , adult customers from Russia will be able to pay for purchases amounting from 3,000 to 1,500,000 rubles on a loan or in installments

Prices in rubles — settlements in rubles
We charge the customer in rubles, then credit rubles to your ruble account, no conversion
Prices in rubles — settlements in currency
We charge the customer in rubles, then convert them into the selected currency at the exchange rate of the Bank of Russia + 2%
Prices in currency — settlements in currency
We convert the price in currency into rubles at the exchange rate of the Bank of Russia + 5%, charge the buyer, then send it to you in the same currency

You only pay a commission for successful payments, which depends on the payment method and the turnover of your business
When the settlements are made
Currency
We make the settlements after the minimum amount is accumulated:
- — For yuan, an equivalent of 1,800 ₽
- — For other currencies, an equivalent of 1,000 ₽
Or we will transfer everything that has accumulated over the month since the last settlement (if there is not enough to make up the minimum amount)

We make settlements on the next business day after the payment

By default, the payment form is in Russian, but it can be switched to English, which is convenient if you have customers from different countries

Yes, all YooMoney partners, including non-residents, can issue invoices via their Merchant Profile and send them to customers via text message, email, social media, or instant messengers.
There are no technical specifications for foreign websites: select ready-made payment modules for onboarding, or,if you have opportunities for development, connection via API. You can find all the methods and details in YooMoney Help section
We can make settlements with a foreign legal entity to an account in a foreign bank and an account in a Russian one.
The exception is payment acceptance from legal entities. For that, you must have an account in any Russian bank.
Upon request, we will provide: the basic information about the company, OGRN (Primary State Registration Number), INN (TIN), extract from EGRUL (Unified State Register of Legal Entities), license for performing banking transactions, license for cryptography, charter, and other documents.

Non-residents can use almost all YooMoney services. Exceptions:
- — Payouts: these can only be made to YooMoney wallets and mobile balance
- — Payment acceptance via FPS is not available
