FAQ

Autopayment won't be processed.
You can send email or text message notifications of unsuccessful payments to users independently. You can also set up recurring attempts at debiting money with a convenient frequency

Standard restrictions determined by security requirements apply to autopayments. For example, the daily limit for payments via one Russian card is 350,000 rubles, and the monthly limit is 700,000 rubles. The limits for other methods can be viewed on a separate page

  • The offer and user agreement must contain information about the fact that you use autopayments.
  • We recommend notifying the customer about an incoming debit 24 hours in advance. You can do that independently if you want users to know about such payments beforehand.
  • We recommend adding the option of disabling autopayments to your website.

Money will be debited from the reissued card if such an option is provided by the issuing bank
