Reports for Safe deal
YooMoney generates daily reports about successful transactions (payments, refunds, and transfers of marketplace's remuneration). They’re sent to the email address that you specified in the Documents — Reports section of your YooMoney Merchant Profile. A report contains all transactions carried out on a specific date (within 12:00:00 AM to 11:59:59 PM by Moscow time). If there were no transactions within the specified date, you will receive an empty report.
There are two ways to receive reports: in the email body (default option) and in a CSV format file attached to the email (enabled by request).
When using Safe deal, you'll receive the following reports:
- payment reports: all successful payments;
- refund reports: all successful refunds (full and partial);
- remuneration reports: all transfers of marketplace's remuneration.
Each report contains all the payments that changed to the
succeeded status during the reporting period.| Fields in the report | Description |

| Payment amount | The amount paid by the customer is the full payment amount that includes the amount of your marketplace's remuneration and the amount of the payout to the seller. The decimals are separated by the dot, and there are always two digits after the decimal point, no thousands separator. |
| Payment currency | Three-letter currency code (RUB is the Russian ruble). |
| Payment amount excluding NBCO's commission | Payment amount excluding YooMoney's commission (the value of income_amount in the successful payment ). The decimals are separated by the dot, and there are always two digits after the decimal point, no thousands separator. |
| Date and time of payment | Time when the payment was created in the following format: dd.MM.yyyy HH:mm:ss. Example: 18.06.2021 17:46:58 |
| Payment method identity | Number of the YooMoney wallet used for making the payment. Other payment methods are specified by the internal account number on the YooMoney’s side. |
| Description | Value set in the description field, sent in response to a payment creation request . |
| Payment type | Code of the payment method on YooMoney’s side (not used in requests). |
| Payer name | First name, last name, and middle name of the YooMoney wallet’s owner. Specified only for payments of over 15,000 rubles made via YooMoney wallet. |

| TIN | Taxpayer Identification Number (INN) of the YooMoney wallet’s owner. Specified only for payments of over 15,000 rubles made via YooMoney wallet. |
| Transfer amount | Amount reserved for the payout to the seller. The decimals are separated by the dot, and there are always two digits after the decimal point, no thousands separator. |
